Fries topped with Chicken Tenders tossed in a Mango-Habanero Sauce, drizzled with Ranch Dressing and finished with Green Onions
This remains an excellent Halloween dish. The glaze is thick and the flavor sticks to the chicken. They are standard tenders and the fries are standard steak fries, but they’re elevated. There’s a heat but it isn’t too intense and the ranch cools the dish down.

Blackberry Margarita with a Chile-Lime and Black Salt Rim San Diego, CA (ABV 10%) served over ice
We believe this is a canned beverage. It’s good although it doesn’t taste like a margarita. There was no tequila flavor. It’s refreshing on a hot day.
