A new shirt at Island Mercantile in Disney’s Animal Kingdom references several attractions and lands in the park, including one for the almost-extinct DinoLand U.S.A.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park Map T-Shirt – $32.99

The shirt is a plain grey, while the art is white mixed with brown.

A vaguely recognizable park map of Disney’s Animal Kingdom is on the front with several references to lands and attractions, though Pandora: The World of Avatar is noticeably absent. The back is plain.

There are animals like a meerkat, elephant, giraffe, tiger, gorilla and hippopotamus present with text referencing Kali River Rapids, Gorilla Falls Exploration Trail, Kilimanjaro Safaris, Expedition Everest and the Discovery River (in the shape of a pond). The Yeti from Expedition Everest and Nemo also make an appearance.

The other text references include Flame Tree Barbecue, Discovery Island, and the Oasis. Festival of the Lion King is referenced. A mickey symbol is also present, which could be a reference to the former land of Camp Minnie-Mickey.

Chip ‘n Dale are dressed up in their dinosaur costumes from Donald’s Dino- Bash!, which was meant as a temporary overlay for DinoLand U.S.A. but was then made permanent until the land’s inevitable extinction.
