The beach is nearly gone in front of Mabrika Cove cabanas at Disney’s Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point. This is not the first time the beach has been badly eroded, but Disney is working on repairs.

Mabrika Cove Beach Erosion

TikTok user Morgan shared the following video, taken on February 7, of the eroded beach in front of family cabanas 1 through 10. The beach is more or less unusable. According to Morgan, the stairs to the beach are blocked but guests can still access the beach between cabanas 10 and 11.

The erosion is only in front of the first 10 Mabrika Cove cabanas. There was plenty of beach space in front of the other cabanas, Morgan shared. She added that Disney is actively working on fixing the erosion issues.
