When reopening the parks during the COVID-19 pandemic, Disney transportation had markers directing guests on how to space themselves out. Now those markers have been removed from the small boats between Magic Kingdom and the Polynesian Village and Grand Floridian Resorts.
Stickers on the benches used to read “For your safety, not available”. But now the benches are clear of markers, allowing guests to sit in every row.
This will allow for a capacity increase on the ferry, hopefully providing a faster route to and from Magic Kingdom for many resort guests.
There are still markers for the safety of the boat’s captain.

It’s about time!
I hope this means the boat launches between the MK resorts can now start happening. I love being able to cross the lake to the CR, WL and FW.
Protect Mallory at all cost!!
Small boats are no longer running from.resort to resort. We would eat at different resorts and stay at Fort Wilderness. Now its not as fun. Disney is losimg its magic.
