The next phase of the repainting of the Transportation and Ticket Center is already underway, with the monorail stations getting a new color scheme for the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World.
Much of the station has a new gray color, as seen beneath the monorail beam. The same color can be found on the loading platforms.
The gray nicely compliments the royal blue and gold color scheme we’ve seen elsewhere in the area.
Meanwhile, the ceilings are being painted a sky blue.
The process seems to be happening in stages, with paint bleeding visible in sections still sporting the old light gray.
It’s currently unknown if the new blue will replace the royal blue, dark purple and lavender stripes or simply accompany it, but either option will offer a nice look as The Most Magical Place on Earth celebrates the big 5-0!
