Usually, the only way to ride the new WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure is by obtaining an often-elusive boarding group during normal daily operations. However, during the separately-ticketed Oogie Boogie Bash event, the ride switches to standby only starting at 6 p.m.
This means that guests at the event can ride WEB SLINGERS by waiting in a traditional line and without needing to obtain a boarding group at a distribution time.
The sign said “not boarding” at the standby entrance, but Cast Members told guests to ignore it and proceed as long as they had wristbands for Oogie Boogie Bash.
While we were there, Cast Members removed the sign showing Virtual Queue guests where to go.
