Shanghai Disneyland Reopening Wednesday, November 3 Following Closure Due to COVID-19 Case

On October 31, Shanghai Disneyland suddenly closed after a guest tested positive for COVID-19 after returning home. All guests and Cast Members were then tested before leaving the park. After a two-day closure, Shanghai Disneyland will officially reopen tomorrow, Wednesday, November 3.

Shanghai Disneyland released a statement saying all Cast Members and third-party employees completed two Nucleic Acid Tests (NAT) within 48 hours and all results came back negative. The park itself has also been swept for the virus and all results came back negative.

Shanghai Disneyland will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. tomorrow and Disneytown will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
