With Shanghai Holiday Kitchen out of action in 2021, Lotus Blossom Café is stepping in for the first time to offer seasonal Chinese specialties during the 2021 EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays.

House-Made Cheesy Crab Wontons – $7.25
The wontons are fine, but they didn’t have a lot of crab. They’re pretty tasty, so if you’re in the mood for these, we wouldn’t discourage it.
Fireworks: Tequila Gold, Vodka, Orange Juice, and Mango Syrup – $13.95
Connoisseurs of Jose Cuervo will definitely know that this is Gold tequila instead of Silver, as the taste is very prevalent. It’s also a sweet drink with lots of mango flavor. Overall, we found it yummy and refreshing.
