BREAKING: Disneyland Paris Cancels New Year’s Eve Party Due to COVID-19

Disneyland Paris has just announced that they have canceled the New Year’s Eve Party due to COVID-19 conditions in France and measures from the government.

Both parks will be open for extended hours on December 31. Walt Disney Studios Park will be open from 9 a.m. until 12:30 a.m. while Disneyland Paris will remain open until 1 a.m.

In addition to the Christmas entertainment and attractions, guests will enjoy “extra entertainment” for the evening at Disneyland Park such as Selfie Spots with Disney characters, an exclusive parade, and shows.

Disney’s Enchanted Christmas will continue as scheduled until January 9, 2022.

This news comes following yesterday’s speculation that Disneyland Paris was considering canceling events and entertainment as well as possibly closing the parks again due to the Omicron variant.
