REVIEW: New ‘Drawn to Life’ Donut at Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew in Disney Springs

A donut inspired by the new Cirque du Soleil show at Disney Springs, “Drawn to Life,” is now available at the nearby Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew.

The donut is $6.50 and Annual Passholders do get a discount.

Looks can be deceiving: the white medallion on top is edible, but the painter’s palette piece is not.

This is a basic Everlgazed donut, which is always good!

That said, the blue icing on top is slightly crunchy and the white buttercream icing is a little dry.

Aesthetically, it’s very pretty and makes for cute pictures in front of the Cirque du Soleil tent.

The star sprinkles added a nice extra crunch but we wish there were more. Their original sprinkle donuts seem to have the perfect amount of icing to sprinkle ratio for more of a unique crunch that not a lot of donuts have.

There’s not much flavor other than sugar, but that’s okay.

It seems a little heavier on the icing than other Everglazed donuts, so your personal preference of icing vs. sprinkles will probably determine how much you like this.

Overall it’s good, we just would have preferred more sprinkles.
