Figment, our beloved icon of the Imagination pavilion located in the World Celebration section of EPCOT, finally received his own food studio available during the 2023 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. The food and beverage options available are fun and colorful, and we’re sure it took just a spark of imagination to create them.
The Odyssey pavilion has been transformed to celebrate all things Figment. See our full photo and video tour here.

Photos of Menu Items from Figment’s Inspiration Station at the Odyssey: Art, Food, and Little Sparks of Magic at the 2023 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts
*NEW* Fruit Pizza – $3.75
Watermelon, Compressed Cantaloupe, Berries, and Berry Balsamic
This is a good snack for the price, though we would’ve preferred to have the watermelon chilled. This was a little too warm for our taste. Having it cold would’ve helped the flavors really pop. The balsamic glaze comes through quite strongly. Not bad at all!
Pop’t Art – $4.50
Sugar Cookie with Blueberry Filling
This isn’t very pretty looking, and the icing is messy.
As the name suggests, it looks just like a Pop Tart and tastes like one too, or at least, a generic brand version that doesn’t taste as good.
It’s very doughy and quite dry. The blueberry flavor isn’t too strong, and the dough takes over the moisture from the blueberry filling. We don’t recommend this.
*NEW* Rainbow Cake with Freeze-Dried SKITTLES Bite-Sized Candies – $4.75
Don’t eat this before going to the dentist, as this is topped with freeze-dried Skittles. Visually, it’s very cute, like it was made for Instagram.
The freeze-dried Skittles pair well with the cake, which is very moist but not heavily flavored. The icing is where the real flavor comes in, as well as the crunchy Skittles. The top half has more flavor, thanks to the icing. The freeze-dried Skittles make it really special.
It’s pretty, and pretty good at that. We’d get it again!
Figment Premium Popcorn Bucket with Rainbow Popcorn – $25.00
The Figment popcorn bucket has become a festival favorite, with long lines stretching across the park when it debuted last year. We expect he will continue to be a must-have item this year as well.
This year, Figment sports an EPCOT 40 strap, featuring similar art as the rest of the anniversary celebration.
The popcorn itself is the standard colored caramel corn; it’s an overly sweet and photogenic version of the classic.
*NEW* Grape Smoothie with Freeze-Dried SKITTLES Bite-Sized Candies (Non-Alcoholic) – $5.50
Much like the cake, this also has freeze-dried Skittles on it. The cup is adorable!
Appropriately for Figment, the flavor profile took us back to the 1980s. It tastes like a grape candy from the ’80s, not unlike Purplesaurus Rex Kool-Aid. We love the nostalgia factor on this one; it felt like a throwback to childhood. Luckily, it isn’t too sweet.
Thanks to the freeze-drying, the Skittles are crunchy and not chewy at all. It’s almost like a Skittle had the texture of a Cheeto.
Between the culinary time travel and the super-awesome Figment cup, this is a winner.
*NEW* 3 Daughters Brewing Black Cherry Hard Cider, St. Petersburg, FL (5.5% ABV) – $5.50 for 6 oz., $9.50 for 12 oz.
From correspondence with 3 Daughters Brewing: “Crisp apples blended with wild black cherries create a slightly tart, barely sweet cider perfectly refreshing for a sunny Florida day.”
*NEW* 3 Daughters Brewing Blood Orange Hard Cider, St. Petersburg, FL (5.5% ABV) – $5.50 for 6 oz., $9.50 for 12 oz.
From correspondence with 3 Daughters Brewing: “The perfect amount of zesty blood orange flavor brings the aroma of an endless summer with this medium-bodied, semi-sweet cider.”
*NEW* 3 Daughters Brewing Passion Fruit Hard Cider, St. Petersburg, FL (5.5% ABV) – $5.50 for 6 oz., $9.50 for 12 oz.
From correspondence with 3 Daughters Brewing: “Tangy tropical passion fruit flavor swirled with crisp, bright apples make this juicy, light-bodied cider the ideal treat for the Florida heat.”
*NEW* 81Bay Brewing Co. Green with Envy Blonde Ale, Tampa, FL (5.4% ABV) – $5.50 for 6 oz., $9.50 for 12 oz.
From correspondence with 81Bay Brewing Co., this is “a bright and fruit forward unfiltered blonde ale brewed with pandan.”
*NEW* 81Bay Brewing Co. Blue Butterfly Lager, Tampa, FL (4.2% ABV) – $5.50 for 6 oz. $9.50 for 12 oz.
From correspondence with 81Bay Brewing Co., this is “a crisp light summer lager brewed with Blue Butterfly pea.”
*NEW* Urban Artifact The Gadget Raspberry & Blackberry Midwest Fruit Tart, Cincinnati, OH (7.9% ABV) – $5.50 for 6 oz., $9.50 for 12 oz.
According to Urban Artifact, this is “a Midwest Fruit Tart brewed with 1,200 lbs of blackberries, 1,200 lbs of raspberries, and 30g of vanilla beans per 30 bbl batch.”
