If you’re hoping to stay at the new The Villas at Disneyland Hotel this fall when it opens, we’ve got good news — the cash rates are now available for the new hotel tower, and bookings are open now for Disney Vacation Club members!
Pricing has been revealed for guests wishing to stay at The Villas at Disneyland Hotel. Beginning today, Disney Vacation Club members can begin booking rooms using the cash rate at the new tower located at the Disneyland Hotel. Prices were confirmed via the Member Services Hotline, as rates are not yet available online. Long wait periods have been reported as members were trying to obtain rates and arrange bookings. Prices obtained reflect the Fall 2023 season only.

Earlier this month we shared that The Villas at Disneyland Hotel will open to the public starting September 28, 2023. The rooms in this hotel tower are themed around both classic and modern Disney animated films including “Bambi,” “Fantasia,” “The Jungle Book,” “Sleeping Beauty,” “The Princess and the Frog,” “Frozen,” and “Moana.” The hotel includes two pools, the Monorail Pool and a new pool being constructed on the west side of the resort.
As mentioned above, DVC members can begin booking today, while Magic Key holders may begin booking on March 16, and the general public may begin booking starting the following day, March 17. Both Magic Key holders and regular park guests may call (714) 956-6425 for reservations. In addition, starting on March 17, guests can make reservations online at Disneyland.com/VillasDisneylandHotel.
Rooms are available in five categories – Duo Studio Room, Deluxe Studio Room, One Bedroom Villas, Two Bedroom, Villas. and Three Bedroom Grand Villas. Some rooms such as the Duo Studio Room, are only available with standard views. Deluxe Room Studios are offered with standard or preferred views, while the larger villas seem to be only offered with preferred views.
Duo Studio Room
This room, which sleeps only two, offers guests the “bare necessities,” according to the Disney Parks Blog, and ranges from $450 – $550 per night.
These duo studio rooms are themed and decorated in the style of the 1967 Disney classic animated film, “The Jungle Book.”
Deluxe Studio Room
The deluxe studio room is the most abundant type of room in this new tower. It sleeps up to four guests and it is themed around either the classic animated film, “Sleeping Beauty ,” or the modern classic “The Princess and the Frog.” These rooms are available with standard or preferred views.
The standard view deluxe studio prices range from $700 – $800, while the preferred view deluxe studio ranges from $800 – $900 per night.
One Bedroom Villas
These one bedroom villas sleep up to 5 guests. They feature styling inspired by either the 1940 Disney animated film, “Fantasia,” or the late 2000s hit, “The Princess and the Frog.” The one bedroom villas seem to only be offered with a preferred view.
The one bedroom preferred view villas start at $1,200 per night.
Two Bedroom Villas
The two bedroom villas are inspired by the same films as the one bedroom villas and they sleep up to 9 guests.
Similar to the one bedroom villas, these two bedroom villas are currently only showing pricing for preferred view rooms and start at $1,800 per night.
Three Bedroom Grand Villas
The three bedroom, two-story grand villas sleep up to nine guests and include all of the amenities you would find in a typical home, like a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. These grand villas are themed around various films. The first floor has decor inspired by the animated film “Bambi,” and the second floor has “Moana” and “Frozen” styled bedroom suites.
Prices for the three bedroom grand villas start at $4,000 per night.
The grand villas feature spiral staircases and en-suite bathrooms in the upstairs bedrooms, for ultimate comfort.
