Loungefly has announced a new Haunted Mansion backpack at WonderCon in Anaheim, California. To coincide with this new backpack, other accessories and matching gear are accompanying it — including pins, a crossbody bag, and hoodie.
The Haunted Mansion Loungefly Collection
The entire line is inspired by the iconic Haunted Mansion, originally introduced in 1969 at Disneyland Park, followed by a Floridian version at Magic Kingdom in 1971. More specifically, some of these designs utilize art framing the walls of the door-less, window-less stretching room.
“Your cadaverous pallor betrays an aura of foreboding, almost as though you sense a disquieting metamorphosis. Is this haunted room actually stretching? Or is it your imagination — hmm?” These are the foreboding words uttered by the Ghost Host before embarking on the fan-favorite tour of 999 happy haunts.
Others items have the infamous 13 clock face and Madame Leota. The collection includes a backpack, crossbody bag, pins, and a hoodie.
The collection MAY be available at Disney Parks and on ShopDisney, but no announcement has been made at this time.
