There’s a new speculation map out for Halloween Horror Nights 32 at Universal Studios Florida. This map is created by Horror Night Nightmares from rumors, and things could change as the event nears.
Halloween Horror Nights 32 Speculation Map
A few houses have disappeared or relocated since the last speculation map. There are also new rumors about shows and scare zones.
Here are the houses listed on this speculation map, including the confirmed “Chucky” and “The Last of Us” houses:
- “Chucky”
- The Exorcist
- Stranger Things 4
- Pentagram (original)
- Dragon (original)
- Universal Studios Monsters: Paris
- “The Last of Us”
- Devil Guitar (original)
- Claws
- Dr. Oddfellow
Notably missing now is “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba.” It looks like the previously speculated guitar and devil-related houses are actually one and the same.
Here are the newly added scare zones:
- Zodiac symbols
- Krampus
- Jungle
- Vamp ’69
- Carnival of ODDities Horde
- M3gan Horde
- Death Eaters
The Japanese, Krampus, and “M3gan” scare zones were previously speculated as houses.
The shows are “Nightmare Fuel” and something featuring vampires.
Stranger Things 4
“Stranger Things” was featured in houses and mazes at Universal Studios Florida and Universal Studios Hollywood in 2018 and 2019. A house based on the series, likely on season four specifically, has been rumored again for this year.
“Stranger Things” season four aired in 2022. Season five, the final season, does not have a release date yet. Season four follows the group as they are separated; with Mike, Will, Jonathan, and El in California; Hopper in Russia; and the rest of the gang in Hawkins. It introduced several new characters, including fan-favorite Eddie Munson, and villain Vecna.
The Exorcist
“The Exorcist” haunted mazes appeared at Universal Studios Hollywood in Halloween Horror Nights 2016 and 2021. A haunted house was part of Halloween Horror Nights 26 at Universal Studios Florida. The rumored house has lost its “Believer” tag but persists on speculation maps.
Universal Studios Monsters: Paris
There have been many houses featuring the Universal Studios Monsters throughout the past 31 years, and given their place in the hallows-eve halls of horror, their inclusion is not a surprise. This also follows the trend of the past few years. We had Universal Monsters in 2019, Universal Monsters: The Bride of Frankenstein in 2020 & 2021, and Universal Monsters: Legends Collide in 2022. A Parisian Monsters house could feature the Phantom of the Opera.
Dr. Oddfellow
The symbol for a possible house featuring Dr. Oddfellow has replaced the carnival symbol on the previous speculation map. The symbol includes an “O” and “C,” for Oddfellow’s Carnival.
Horror Night Nightmares pointed out the symbol’s similarity to a Jack the Clown symbol. Jack has become one of the most well-known icons of Halloween Horror Nights. His full name is Jack Schmidt, and he once worked for Oddfellow at Dr. Oddfellow’s Carnival Of Thrills. You can see how his “JS” initials cover “OC” in the symbol.
Jack was first introduced in 2000 as the icon of Halloween Horror Nights X. Dr. Oddfellow was introduced at the same time as his nemesis and appeared in The Fearhouse, but hasn’t been featured since.
Krampus
Krampus was featured before at Halloween Horror Nights 26, but that house was based on the 2015 film of the same name. This year’s house is rumored to be an original concept, likely drawing more inspiration from Germanic myths.
The All Hallows Eve Boutique at Universal’s Islands of Adventure had a Krampus makeover during the holiday season, featuring a large figure for photo ops.
M3gan
There have been several houses entitled The Horrors of Blumhouse, all featuring multiple properties in each house. Given that Universal has a ten-year deal with Blumhouse for ownership and distribution of movies, the partnership makes (synergistic) sense.
As for the latest iteration of The Horrors of Blumhouse, an official source behind the M3GAN Reddit AMA said, “I can’t wait to go to HHN this year.” This is also still not a confirmation, but it wouldn’t be the first time a collaborating company heavily hinted at their involvement.
“Insidious” was previously rumored with “M3gan” as part of a Horrors of Blumhouse house.
