The menu for Meadow Snack Bar at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground has been quietly and significantly cut, with two entire sections removed and consolidated into other sections. This is part of a push to have guests eat at the new quick service version of Trail’s End Restaurant.
Meadow Snack Bar Menu Changes
Previously, the Meadow Snack Bar consisted of specialty entrées, salads & pizza, snacks, desserts, kids’ Disney Check meals, kids’ meals, non-alcoholic beverages, beer, cider, wine, and specialty drinks with alcohol.
Here’s the full breakdown of the menu prior to the recent cuts:
Entrées
Salads and Pizza
Snacks
Desserts
Kids’ Disney Check Meals
Kids’ Meals
Beverages
Beer, Cider, and Wine
Specialty Drinks with Alcohol
At the time of press, the menu now has significantly less options, with some entirely removed or consolidated into other sections. Here’s the current menu:
Entrées
Snacks
Desserts
Kids’ Disney Check Meals
Kids’ Meals
Beverages
Beer, Cider, and Wine
Moonshine Cocktails
With this update, the following items have been completely removed from the menu:
- Barbecued Pulled Pork Sandwich
- Meadow’s Loaded Chips
- Wilderness Dog
- All-Beef Hot Dog
- All-Beef Hot Dog with Chili and Cheese
- Pepperoni Pizza
- Cheese Pizza
- Chocolate Cake
- Frozen Beverages
- Copa Di Vino
- Opici Family Sangria
- Moonshine Daiquiri
- Davy’s Lemonade
- Ole Smoky Strawberry Lightnin’
- Sole Smoky Blackberry Colada Moonshine
- Luna Colada
The Entrées section has completely changed, and Salads and Pizza has been entirely removed, with the Fort Wilderness Garden Salad being relocated to the Entrées section. The Specialty Drinks with Alcohol section has also been entirely paired down, going from six different options to two moonshine-based cocktails only.
We’ve been told by guests that there are quality issues with the new menu, and much of it is not fresh or cooked properly. With these reports in mind, it seems as though less effort is being put in this location in order to push guests toward visiting Trail’s End instead, which reopened last month after a months-long refurbishment with a new quick-service menu replacing its former family-style dining.

The prices on the menu are a slap in the face. $7 for half a PB&J??? Disney is an absolute joke and while I have visited 5 times in the last 7 years I dont plan on going back.
