*NEW* Squid Ink Pasta with Lump Crab, Truffle Cream, and Shaved Truffle – $7.75

A hand holds a bowl of food, reminiscent of the culinary delights celebrated at the Festival of the Arts, topped with breadcrumbs and garnished with a fragrant sprig of rosemary.
Squid Ink Pasta with Lump Crab, Truffle Cream, and Shaved Truffle – $7.75

This pasta is nicely al dente and the crab meat is pretty good. The bread crumbs add a nice crunch. The truffle flavor doesn’t come through, which is disappointing. For a festival booth dish, this is higher quality than usual. We rate this a 5 out of 7.

*NEW* Charred Octopus with Crushed Fingerling Potatoes, Kalamata Olives, Capers, and Romesco Sauce – $7.75

A plate featuring a perfectly grilled octopus tentacle, assorted roasted vegetables, and fresh herbs is showcased in someone's hand. Against a backdrop of outdoor railing and floor, this culinary masterpiece is a true testament to the creativity celebrated at the Festival of the Arts.
Charred Octopus with Crushed Fingerling Potatoes, Kalamata Olives, Capers, and Romesco Sauce – $7.75

It’s not listed, but there are bits of sausage in this dish. It’s good with a decent spice from the romesco sauce. The potatoes are well-cooked. We rate this a 6 out of 7.

*NEW* Black Cocoa Brownie with Ube Ice Cream, Coral Tuile, and Sponge Cake – $6.50

A plate of colorful, artistic desserts, reminiscent of the Festival of the Arts, features an orange tuile, a pink seashell-shaped delight, blue frosting, and green crumbles, all set against a backdrop of people enjoying the vibrant atmosphere.
Black Cocoa Brownie with Ube Ice Cream, Coral Tuile, and Sponge Cake – $6.50

The brownie is a dense, dark chocolate. We wish it wasn’t frosted because it doesn’t need it. The coral tuile tastes like straight salt. It’s awful. The sponge cake is okay, but it’s too sweet. It has a cute presentation and the brownie is fantastic, but nothing else does the dish any favors. We rate this a 4 out of 7.

*NEW* Butterscotch Milk Shake with Chocolate Garnish (Non-Alcoholic) – $5.00

A person holds a plastic cup filled with pink-orange liquid, topped with a piece of chocolate decorated with yellow gear-shaped patterns, reminiscent of the creative flair found at the Festival of the Arts.
Butterscotch Milk Shake with Chocolate Garnish (Non-Alcoholic) – $5.00

The chocolate garnish is stamped with gears. The shake is orange, which doesn’t scream butterscotch, but the flavor is straight-up butterscotch. it’s intense but fantastic, and the flavor lingers. We wish it came in an alcoholic version. We rate this a 7 out of 7.

*NEW* 3 Daughters Brewing Barrel Aged Cognac Porter, St. Petersburg, FL (6.9% ABV) – $5.75 for 6 oz., $9.75 for 12 oz.

From correspondence with 3 Daughters Brewing: “This robust porter is a combination of cognac and bourbon barrels flavors, imparting deep layers of complexity and character. With notes of roasted malt, caramelized sugar, dried fruits, and a hint of spice—wrapped in the smooth embrace of cognac’s elegance and bourbon’s warmth.”

*NEW* Boyd & Blair Outis Fathom: Lime Juice, Simple Syrup, Juniper, and Boyd & Blair Vodka ($33/bottle) – $12.00

From correspondence with Boyd & Blair, this pre-mixed black gin gimlet was created in collaboration with EPCOT’s Festival Team. “A very classic and straight forward gimlet that balances the tartness of the lime with the sweetness of the syrup but has beautiful notes of juniper on the finish.”
