At the Festival of the Arts, people wait in line at a charming white funnel cakes stand nestled among the trees, enjoying the outdoor setting.

The Funnel Cake kiosk in World Showcase is open year-round, but something special is added for the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. The 2025 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts takes place January 17 – February 24, 2025.

We were skeptical, but once again, the Funnel Cake kiosk doesn’t let us down. Everything tastes like it should. However, it’s not anything special. We’re used to more complex funnel cakes during festivals. The cotton candy elements are subtle, making this kind of plain. We rate this a 4 out of 7.
