Grilled Kebabs with Carrot-Chickpea Salad and Garlic Aïoli (Chermoula Chicken, Moroccan-Spiced Lamb) – $6.25

This is thigh meat chicken, nicely seasoned. The salad is raisin, chickpea, and shredded carrots, topped with garlic aioli. The chicken is nicely cooked. Seasoned perfectly, but not hot. The slaw is the perfect complement with its sweetness.

The lamb has quite a kick to it. It’s a tender and well-cooked, hearty kebab. Both options are great. We rate these a 6 out of 7.
Stone-Baked Moroccan Bread with Assorted Dips – $5.25

The orange sauce is the zhoug. It’s tangy and spiced at the same time, slightly reminiscent of a tomato sauce. The chermoula is green, and contains herbs and aioli. The cream-colored one is the hummus. It’s tangy, but still pretty good. If you want a really superb hummus, go to Sanaa at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, but this one is still good all the same. We enjoyed this, but wish there was more bread to go with the dips. We rate this a 5 out of 7.
*NEW* Avocado-Coconut Custard Tart with Pomegranate Cream and Henna-Inspired Gelée Veil – $5.25

We were pleasantly surprised by this dish. The tart is a little mushy but it’s buttery and rich. The avocado-coconut custard is creamy and flavorful. We really enjoyed this. We rate this a 6 out of 7.
Chai Tea-Mint Fizz: Twinings Chai Tea with Sprite and Mint (Non-Alcoholic) – $4.25

The Sprite in this is very masked. The chai tea is pleasant but we didn’t really feel the carbonation like we usually get drinking Sprite. All in all, it’s not bad, but also not what we expected. We rate this a 3 out of 7.
*NEW* Parish Brewing Co. Mango Mochi, Broussard, LA (4.5% ABV) – $5.75 for 6 oz., $9.75 for 12 oz.
From Parish Brewing Co.: “This heavily fruited Berliner is brewed with rice flakes and lactose, creating a smooth and creamy mango nectar. Then we dose it with Madagascar vanilla and loads of fresh mango purée to produce an immensely crushable sour reminiscent of tropical Japanese mochi ice cream.”
Rekorderlig Strawberry-Lime Hard Cider, Vimmerby, Sweden (4.0% ABV) – $5.75 for 6 oz., $9.75 for 12 oz.
From Rekorderlig Cider: “Rekorderlig Strawberry-Lime Cider perfectly embodies the taste of a beautifully Swedish summer with the flavor of freshly picked strawberries balanced with a refreshing hint of lime and made with pure Swedish spring water.”
Keel Farms Blueberry Lavender Hard Cider, Plant City, FL (5.3% ABV) – $5.75 for 6 oz., $9.75 for 12 oz.
From correspondence with Keel Farms, “Blueberry Lavender Cider is a harmonious concoction that marries the juicy sweetness of blueberries with the aromatic, floral charm of lavender, resulting in a captivating and uniquely balanced beverage. The rich blueberry flavor blends seamlessly with the subtle but distinctive essence of lavender, creating a refreshing and delightful cider that appeals to both fruit and floral enthusiasts alike.”
Chai Tea Mint Mimosa: Twinings Chai Tea with Key Lime Sparkling Wine and Mint – $12.00

The Chai Tea Mint Mimosa was very good, made of high-quality sparkling wine with mint undertones. The most prevalent flavor is the chai, which we truly enjoyed. We rate this a 6 out of 7.
