Planning your magical day at Walt Disney World begins with one of its most essential hubs: the Disney Ticket and Transportation Center. Whether you’re arriving by car, bus, or monorail, this central location is your gateway to the Magic Kingdom and beyond.
What is The Disney Ticket and Transportation Center?
The Disney Ticket and Transportation Center, often abbreviated as TTC, is the major transportation hub at Disney’s Magic Kingdom. It’s where you’ll switch between different modes of travel, including monorails, ferryboats, and buses, to reach your favorite destinations and is where you will park your car and select your mode of transportation over to the Magic Kingdom.
Unlike EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, or Animal Kingdom, where their parking lots are close to their entrance gates, when driving to the Magic Kingdom, you do not actually park at the Magic Kingdom. You will park in the parking lots at the Ticket and Transportation Center, then will either take a Monorail, Ferry or Bus over to the Magic Kingdom.
Getting to the TTC
By Car
If you’re driving to Walt Disney World, the Disney Ticket and Transportation Center is your primary access point for heading to Magic Kingdom. Transportation and Ticket Center parking cost is additional to your general theme park parking fees, unless you are staying at a Disney Resort. Trams are available from the parking lot to shuttle you from your car to the TTC main entrance from either the Hero’s Lot or the Villain’s Lot
By Rideshare
If you are arriving by a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft, you will be be dropped off at the Disney Ticket and Transportation Center, where you can quickly access the other transportation options.

If you are arriving by Minnie Van, you can actually bypass the TTC, as the drop off is directly in front of the entrance to Magic Kingdom not the TTC. By Resort Transportation
Guests staying at Disney resorts can take complimentary Busses to reach the Magic Kingdom directly and bypass the ticket and Transportation Center.
