The EPCOT Eat to the Beat Concert Series, presented by Florida Blue, returns in 2025 as part of the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. A staple of the festival lineup, this popular concert series is back with support from Disney Live Entertainment, bringing a fresh mix of performances tailored to a wide range of guests, including families, Gen Z, and longtime music fans alike.
As you explore the festival, you’ll have the chance to enjoy live music alongside global flavors and seasonal bites. Whether you’re stopping by for a favorite band or just taking in the atmosphere, Eat to the Beat adds an extra layer of entertainment to your fall visit to EPCOT.
Are Eat to the Beat Shows Free?
Yes, admission to Eat to the Beat 2025 concerts is included with your EPCOT park ticket. No additional cost is required to enjoy the performances. However seating is limited and for popular performers, the line to get in for a seat can start 30-60 minutes before show times.
Who is Performing at Eat to the Beat this Year?
Looking forward to this year’s Eat to the Beat 2025 Concert Series? You’re not alone, we’re excited to share a few of the new names joining the Eat to the Beat 2025 Lineup. For the first time, KT Tunstall, Bowling for Soup, and Jordin Sparks will take the stage at EPCOT’s fan-favorite music event.
They’ll be joined by several returning acts you may recognize from past years, including Joey Fatone & Friends, Hanson, and Boyz II Men. With a mix of nostalgic favorites and fresh new talent, this year’s diverse lineup offers something for just about every musical taste, making each performance a little different from the last.

Eat to the Beat 2025 will be from August 28 to November 17, 2025 with nightly showtimes of 5:30 PM, 6:45 PM and 8:00 PM
Where is the Eat to the Beat Main Stage Located?
The Eat to the Beat 2025 Concert Series takes place at the America Gardens Theatre in EPCOT, situated between the Italy and Japan pavilions in World Showcase. You’ll find the stage directly across from The American Adventure pavilion, offering a central spot to enjoy live performances throughout the festival.
Is Seating at EPCOT Eat to the Beat 2025 Guaranteed?
Seating for each performance is available on a first-come, first-served basis and can fill up quickly. If you’d like to secure a spot, it’s a good idea to arrive early and factor the concert into your festival plans.
However, beginning July 16, 2025, you can secure a spot by reserving a Festival Concert Series Dining Package for weekday concerts.
2025 Eat to the Beat Dining Package Details
When you book a Festival Concert Series Dining Package, you’ll enjoy a meal at a participating EPCOT restaurant along with reserved seating for a same-day performance. Depending on the restaurant and time of day, packages may include breakfast, lunch, or dinner, with a choice of an entrée and dessert or buffet, plus a non-alcoholic beverage, or an alcoholic beverage for guests 21 and older.
Selecting Your Eat to the Beat Dining Package Times
When you go to book an Eat to the Beat Dining Package, you will be asked to select your desired showtime ( 5:30 PM, 6:45 PM or 8:00 PM ), then the My Disney Experience App or website will display all of the participating restaurants and dining times available.
Keep in mind that menu offerings and formats can vary by location. To secure a spot, make your reservation through the My Disney Experience app, on the official Walt Disney World website, or by calling (407) 939-3378. Booking windows open 60 days out.
Eat to the Beat Reserved Seating Area
After your meal, you’ll receive a badge for reserved seating at the America Gardens Theatre. These seats are located in the second section, centered with a good view of the stage. While seating in this section is guaranteed, it’s still first-come, first-served within that area, so arriving early is recommended.

Eat to the Beat Dining Package Details
Eat to the Beat Dining Packages can be selected for lunch or dinner at many of the unique EPCOT restaurants. Included in each package:
- At Most Participating Restaurants: An entrée and dessert, or one full buffet (where applicable)—as well as a nonalcoholic or alcoholic beverage.
- At Spice Road Table: 2 small plates, a shared dessert platter and a nonalcoholic or alcoholic beverage
- One Guaranteed Seat per person to one Eat to the Beat concert on the same day.
Eat to the Beat Dining Package Credit Card Guarantee
Each reservation will require a credit card for your booking. You’re credit card will not be charged at the time of booking but there is a fee of $10 per guest if you do not show up for your reservation or cancel two hours or more in advance.

Go to online to the Food and Wine Concert Series Dining Package Page or to the My Disney Experience App to begin your Concert Series Dining Package Reservation.
Select how many people are in your party.
Select from available dates.
Then you will be asked to make your Eat to the Beat Concert show time.
Then finally select your restaurant selection.
Last Minute Eat to the Beat Same-Day Dining Packages
Same-day dining packages may be available and offer a convenient option if you don’t have advance reservations. These packages include Dining at Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Barbecue and then guaranteed seating for that day’s Eat to the Beat concert
To check availability, stop by Regal Eagle Smokehouse in EPCOT. Same-day packages are limited and may not be offered on high-demand dates, so availability is not guaranteed.
