Spaceship Earth
The first thing that you see as you enter Epcot is Spaceship Earth. It is the 180 foot tall geodesic sphere at Epcot’s entrance that serves as both the symbol of the park as well as an attraction that takes you on a journey through time with the history of human communication. Connections Cafe and Connections Eatery are both located in World Celebration offering coffee, Disney baked goods and Italian, French and Asian inspired dishes. World Showcase is home to a wide variety of quick-service and popular table service resturants like Chefs de France, Tutto Italia, Takumi-Tei, La Hacienda de San Angel and Biergarten Restaurant.

Navigating Epcot is made easier with a park map, which outlines the various pavilions, attractions, dining, and shopping locations. Maps are available at the park entrance, online and through the official Disney app.

Epcot is divided into four distinct neighborhoods: World Showcase, World Celebration, World Nature, and World Discovery. Each area offers unique experiences that blend education, entertainment, and cultural immersion.
World Showcase
World Showcase features pavilions representing 11 countries, each offering cultural exhibits, dining, and entertainment. Guests can explore the traditions and flavors of nations such as Mexico, Japan, and France, all situated around World Showcase Lagoon.

World Celebration
World Celebration serves as the park’s central hub, focusing on themes of community and innovation. This area includes Spaceship Earth, Journey Into Imagination With Figment, Connections Cafe, Creations Shop and offers spaces for guests to gather, relax, and enjoy various exhibits and entertainment.
World Nature
World Nature is dedicated to understanding and preserving the natural world. Attractions here emphasize the beauty of the environment and the importance of conservation, providing interactive experiences for guests of all ages. World Nature is home to Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana, Soarin’, Living with the Land and The Seas with Nemo and Friends.
World Discovery
World Discovery highlights science, technology, and intergalactic exploration. This area features attractions that delve into space travel, technological advancements, and the wonders of the universe, such as Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, Mission: SPACE and Test Track.

Epcot’s Current Nightime Spectacular
Debuting on December 5, 2023, as part of Disney’s 100th anniversary celebration, Luminous: The Symphony of Us is a 17-minute show that combines fireworks, fountains, lasers, and lighting effects. Luminous is set around the World Showcase Lagoon and invites guests to reflect on themes like love, family, and connection, all underscored by a powerful musical score.
Epcot Hours
Epcot’s operating hours typically range from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, though times may vary depending on the season and special events. We recommend checking the official Disney website or app for the most current park hours before your visit.

Epcot Tickets
Tickets to Epcot can be purchased individually or as part of a multi-day pass to Walt Disney World Resort. Prices vary based on the date and ticket type, so reviewing options in advance can help you choose the best fit for your plans. Before you visit a park, you must have valid admission and may need a theme park reservation depending on the type of admission and the date of your visit. Theme park reservations are no longer required for date-based tickets, however for other admission types, theme park reservations may be required. Check below to see if you need to make a theme park reservation based on your admission type and the date of your visit. Annual passholders must also have a reservation to enter Epcot but do not need a reservation to enter after 2:00 pm or on Good-to-Go-Days.
