Pork and Vegetable Egg Rolls – $4.25

Pork and Vegetable Egg Rolls – $4.25

A true disappointment, these egg rolls lacked any real flavor. Not even the pork stood out in these.

Mongolian Beef Bao Bun and a Fortune Cookie – $6.75

Mongolian Beef Bao Bun and a Fortune Cookie – $6.75

Served with a fortune cookie, this dish contained some well-seasoned meat, but the bao bun itself lacked an airy quality. It was rather rubbery, so if you plan to get this one, dive in as soon as you can before the bun settles in the Florida heat.

Celebration Barbecue Pork with Steamed Rice and a Fortune Cookie – $7.75

Celebration Barbecue Pork with Steamed Rice and a Fortune Cookie – $7.75

Served with steamed rice and a fortune cookie, this is not the barbecue you’re expecting and that’s a good thing! With a sweet glaze, the meat is an interesting combination with the rice and it was one of the more unique flavors we tried at the Festival.

*NEW* Chengdu Spicy Street Fries – $5.50

Chengdu Spicy Street Fries – $5.50

Also available at Nine Dragons Restaurant, these fries are available in a slightly smaller (and less expensive) portion at Shanghai Holiday Kitchen. And for some, the smaller portion may work because these fries are SPICY. And when we say “spicy,” we don’t mean they just have a kick. These are sweat-inducing, eye-watering from the smell, call the fire department to put out the inferno in my mouth hot. We’re using “SPICY” in all caps for a reason. All that being said, we loved them, and couldn’t stop eating them, But if you can’t handle really spicy food, stay away.

*NEW* Tsingtao Beer (4.7% ABV) – $8.00

Untappd says: “Tsingtao Beer has a pleasant aroma and a well-balanced taste. It has high-malty flavor and well-hopped character.”

*NEW* Firework: Jose Cuervo Tequila Gold ($18/bottle), Vodka, Mango Syrup, Orange Juice and Soda Water – $11.00

Firework: Jose Cuervo Tequila Gold ($18/bottle), Vodka, Mango Syrup, Orange Juice and Soda Water – $11.00

You can ignite your taste buds with this drink, with Jose Cuervo Tequila Gold, vodka, mango syrup, orange juice and soda water. Connoisseurs of Jose Cuervo will definitely know that this is Gold tequila instead of Silver, as the taste is very prevalent. It’s also a sweet drink with lots of mango flavor. Overall, we found it yummy and refreshing.

*NEW* Marco Boba: Amaretto, Iced Coffee, Milk and Boba – $11.00

Marco Boba: Amaretto, Iced Coffee, Milk and Boba – $11.00

To be honest, this drink tastes mostly like coffee. We didn’t get much of the amaretto flavor, but to be fair, it’s a very subtle flavor. That being said, you can definitely taste the alcohol in this one. In fact, all three of the beverages we tried had heavy alcohol pours.

*NEW* The Lucky Mo: Peach Schnapps, Peach Syrup, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice and Coconut Milk – $11.00

The Lucky Mo: Peach Schnapps, Peach Syrup, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice and Coconut Milk – $11.00

We definitely felt lucky with this drink. It’s made with peach schnapps, peach syrup, orange juice, pineapple juice, and coconut milk, and you can taste every flavor, though it’s heavy on the peach and pineapple. We found it to be very refreshing and delicious.
