Canadian Cheddar and Bacon Soup served with a Pretzel Roll – $5.75

This soup is creamy and has bacon bits throughout. Hints of cheddar cheese make this the best soup on property. It is very hot out for soup, but it still hits the spot. We recommend dipping the pretzel bread into the soup. As good as it is, the price is still a bit high for the portion, but year after year, we keep coming back.

“Le Cellier” Wild Mushroom Beef Filet Mignon with Truffle-Butter Sauce – $9.25

The ever-popular Le Cellier mushroom Beef Filet Mignon is available once again this year. There’s an amazing truffle-butter sauce on top with some mushrooms that make this dish absolutely stellar. There’s a major gamble when ordering the beef filet from Canada though: The cut. We’ve ordered it numerous times where you get not only a small portion but one with a lot of fat, whereas other times we get a large portion that’s virtually no fat whatsoever. It’s worth the gamble, especially if you have Disney Dining Plan snack credits to burn.
Collective Arts Audio/Visual Lager, Hamilton, Ontario (4.9% ABV) – $5.00 for 6 oz., $9.00 for 12 oz.
From Collective Arts Brewing: “Audio/Visual is brewed with pilsner malt and brown rice and cold aged for 4 weeks for the most refreshingly clean, and crisp finish possible. We use Wai-iti hops for fresh notes of lime and mandarin citrus to round out this easy drinking lager.”
Château des Charmes Cabernet-Merlot Estate, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario ($11/bottle) – $7.00
Château des Charmes describes their Cabernet-Merlot blend as “medium-bodied with layers of flavors. It will remind you of dark chocolate, raspberry and cassis.”
