The Lightning Lane Premier Pass is a premium add-on that allows you one time entry to every Lightning Lane experience in a single park on a given day, without the need to reserve specific return times. This means you can enjoy popular rides at your own pace, bypassing the regular standby lines. Currently Disney is piloting the rollout the Lightning Lane Premier Pass with very limited quantities.
How Does the Lightning Lane Premier Pass Work?
Once you’ve purchased the Lightning Lane Premier Pass for your chosen park and date, you can enter the Lightning Lane entrances for participating attractions at any time during the day. There’s no need to book return times or manage ride reservations. Simply tap in at the Lightning Lane entrance and enjoy the ride.
Pricing and Availability of the Lightning Lane Premier Pass
Pricing for the Lightning Lane Premier Pass varies depending on the park and the date of your visit. As of January 2025, the pass is available to all guests, regardless of where you’re staying. Here are the typical price ranges:

How to Purchase the Premier Pass
You can purchase the Lightning Lane Premier Pass through the My Disney Experience app. Guests staying at Disney Resort hotels and select partner hotels can purchase up to seven days in advance of their stay, for the entire length of their visit (up to 14 days). Other guests can purchase up to three days in advance.
Included Attractions
The Lightning Lane Premier Pass provides one time access to all attractions in the selected park that offer Lightning Lane entrances. This includes attractions available through both the Lightning Lane Multi Pass and the Lightning Lane Single Pass. Note that the pass is valid for one park per day and does not include park hopping.
Additional Benefits of the Lightning Lane Premier Pass
In addition to expedited access to attractions, the Lightning Lane Premier Pass includes complimentary digital downloads of select attraction photos and videos through Disney PhotoPass. This adds extra value to your experience, allowing you to capture and keep memories from your favorite rides.
