Disney’s Riviera Resort is speeding towards its Fall 2019 opening. And today, we learned that a new lounge will be part of the resort! Called Voyageur’s Lounge, the lounge celebrates Walt Disney’s international travels and the books he collected along the way.

From Disney Parks Blog:

“Inside this fun lounge at Disney’s Riviera Resort, you will be able to experience an artful little gathering place where you can relax and share your favorite vacation memories with family and friends. Featuring décor inspired by a collection of book titles that Walt Disney gathered, including Walt’s 1935 European “Grand Tour,” this lounge will showcase some of our unique Disney connections to Europe.”

And if that wasn’t enough, hardcore Disney fans know when Jeff Kurtti has a new book, it’s going to be an amazing look at Disney history. Now we know that coming soon, Disney will release a new book by Kurtti about Walt Disney’s international travels! The book, “Travels with Walt Disney: A Photographic Voyage Around the World!” will also coincide with the opening of Disney’s Riviera Resort.
