An eerie greeting from Disney’s Contemporary Resort. We’ve stopped in to check out the Cast Member pumpkin decorating contest displays. These displays are set up in the lobby, each created by a different department, and guests are encouraged to place their votes.

Let’s take a closer look at the creepy and fun displays each team has come up with.

Princess Carousel Pumpkin

Merchandise has created a princess carousel pumpkin. Each Princess is hand-painted and very detailed, and the horses are so cute. Love Jasmine with Rajah!

Up House

The Up house created by the Recreation Cast Members has real balloons whisking it away.

Sparkly Poison Apple

The sparkly poison Apple was created by Banquets and Culinary, and it even has a cute little hidden Mickey!

Ursula (California Grill)

California Grill has created a beautiful Ursula, complete with wine corks. How clever.

Another Ursula submission from Chef Mickey’s.

Moana

This giant Moana display is beautifully put together by the front office.

Gumball Machine

The Inventory Control Cast Members created a non-Disney display with a gumball machine covered in creepy crawlies.

Yoda

Engineering has crafted a Yoda pumpkin, complete with glowing green light.

Celia (Monsters, Inc.)

Mike Wazowski’s girlfriend Celia gets her own pumpkin created by the Banquets Cast Members. Love the hair.

Miguel (Coco)

This Coco display by the Bakery seemed to be very popular as well.
