With Halloween just one day away, we decided to rope drop Disney California Adventure to take in all the Halloween fun while we still can. Come take a look at our latest trip!
Buena Vista Street
When we first entered the park, we enjoyed being able to have our personal space. With the Oogie Boogie Bash occurring at Disney California Adventure this year, it has been tough to find a time where the park isn’t full.
The fuel rod station on Buena Vista Street displays the updated swapping signage. Less than a week left of free swaps… Get them in while you can!
As we made our way through the park, we once again saw the Stark Industries construction walls. This is in preparation for “Avengers Campus”, which is set to open in 2020.
Although it was bright this morning, we could still see some of the developments occurring.
Cars Land
We then headed over to Cars Land, which is always fun to explore during Halloween Time.
At 8:20, Vampire Mater was out meeting guests.
The Cozy Cone Motel sat peacefully.
Radiator Springs Racers was at a 20-minute wait, but we did Single Rider and got on in less than five minutes.
Float like a Cadillac, sting like a Beemer!
After getting off Radiator Springs Racers, we made our way over to Pixar Pier. As you can see, it remained empty after being open for almost a hour.
Pixar Pier
Both Incredicoaster and Jessie’s Critter Carousel sat at a five minute wait.
We were happy to see Mr. Potato Head open this morning.
The character from the film Inside Out, Sadness, met with guests in the Pixar Promenade.
Paradise Garden Walk – Plaza de la Familia
In Plaza de la Familia, the Miguel meet and greet area was empty. The colors in here are beautiful!
If visiting Plaza de la Familia to celebrate the everlasting bonds and spirits of Día de los Muertos is on your to-do list this year, make sure you do so by November 3rd.
Grizzly Peak
Over in Grizzly Peak, the Redwood Creek opened at 9am.
Christmas decorations have started appearing in the trees on this side of Disney California Adventure.
Little jars with green and red ribbon hang from the trees. They seem to have tiny lights on the inside, which are going to look great at night.
Limited Edition Halloween pins are still available! Each are priced at $17.99.
The Guardians of the Galaxy – Monsters After Dark pin can be found at the pin cart outside of World of Disney in the Downtown Disney District.
There is also a blue and black Headless Horseman pin at the pin cart outside of World of Disney in the Downtown Disney District.
This fun Halloween pin can be purchased at Ramone’s in Cars Land.
That is all for this trip, check back for more updates! Will you be visiting Disney California Adventure anytime soon?
