Gideon's Bakehouse Releases July Menu Including Stuart's Orange Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookie

Over at Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs, there is a new menu for July. This month’s special is Stuart’s Orange Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookie.

This month’s meny features Stuart Valencia, one of Gideon’s oldest and most iconic characters. He is inside a heart on this new menu card decorated with summery imagery like sunflowers and oranges (that match Stuart’s head).

This menu’s morning exclusive is the Coffee Cake Cookie. The evening exclusive is the Dark Coffee Cake Cookie, which is available beginning at sunset.

This vanilla bean cookie is infused with orange essence and has dark chocolate chips mixed in. It is then covered in pecan pralines and candied orange peel.

Stuart’s Orange Mocha Nitro Cold Brew

This month’s special beverage is also dedicated to Stuart. It is a nitro cold brew made with milk, maple syrup, mocha, and fresh orange. Gideon’s also said in a Facebook post that there may be a special cold brew treat on weekends.
