So, what do you think of this event?
I think the total cost, i.e. the purchase of 2 packages, in order to just meet Shag is astronomical. He attends his own gallery showings where we can chat and take photos with him for free. From what I've read, this 'cocktails with Shag' doesn't even include merchandise, that's an additional cost and to top it off- its through 'random' selection. So after several hundred dollars for my husband and I we may wind up without a Shag print. What exactly is the motivation to attend this event? I'm very disappointed. I won't even bother to see if they'll offer a discount for my premium AP.
I have meet Josh on several occasions, (Comic Con, and gallery openings) purchased prints and got an autograph. Never was there a fee, nor should there ever be a fee just to meet an artist. Shame on Disney, and Josh you should rethink your relationship with this corporation.
