As we have been speculating for several days, Disney has now confirmed the removal of the Academy of Television Art and Sciences Hall of Fame today.
The area, a part of the theme park since 1993, has been behind construction walls for a few days now. It will be replaced with a food and beverage offering.
That’s sad for the Hall of Fame(i never got up close in that area), but there’s another eating place in my favorite park anyways, but not a new character or two, but who cares(Star and Marco hopefully may start in the nearby future).
I wonder if the whole Bill Cosby controversy sped up this area’s removal.

There was a bust of Bill Cosby in the Hall of Fame which Disney removed a while back.
