Ralph Lyles of Memphis, Tenn. was reported to be listed under deaths after Disney submitted their quarterly report to the state. Florida law does not mandate state inspection for rides, though every three months the theme parks are required to send an updated list to the state that includes any illnesses or injuries that sent the victim to the hospital for at least 24 hours.

The cause of death was listed as “hypersensitive cardiovascular disease with other significant conditions contributing to death listed as obesity.”

The report stated that Lyles had pre-existing heart conditions and even mentioned feeling ill after riding.

  2. Guys, it was The Lucas “cannon” being all jacked up that did the trick. You know who cared Lucas, this guy did! So much so he couldn’t handle the messed up story line…
