The 2017 Epcot International Flower and Garden festival will be starting March 1st, 2017 and be will be going through May 29th, 2017.
Returning in 2017 are the outdoor kitchens that feature some amazingly created, and very tasty food and drink. Each outdoor kitchen will be open from 11am-9pm daily. Down below are the options they offer for this year’s event:

Do they accept the Disney Dining Plan at these satellite kitchens?
Yes, most of the dishes are available on the Disney Dining Plan. When you go to the event, go to the specific outdoor kitchen you want to go to and on the menu they have at the kitchen, there will be a little purple/white Disney logo next to the food item listed. Anything that has the logo next to it is on the Dining plan.
