  1. There is a lot of emphasis so far on the projections. I hope it isn’t just a fancy projection show with a couple of fireworks :(

    • Ohhhh,
AS IS the new show at Disneyland Paris right now !
For me (concept & design professional) that show is a complete disaster.

Again a potpourri of unrelated visuals, with NO coherent storytelling at all
More : graphically NOT composed to become meaningfull on the castle “canvas”
I cannot even call the projecions “fancy”. They are under level of everything I’ve seen in projection mapping shows, anywhere in Europe. They EVEN technically are mismatches every then and now.. The programmers must have been drunk…

The fireworks are miserable little Ploof-ploff … anecdotes from a few corners of the castle, then (towards the end) shoveled up a bit by a few shootngs from behind the castle.
And if they knew everything is incoherent and meagre, they added BADLY syncronised fountains in front of the castle, and 3 times a gas heat blow from behind…
My goodness, what a total waste of money, at an end result that would sack ANY SHOW ARTS STUDENT on an arts school (Go, and do not return)

If you’re ready to gaze a bit at meaningless chaos of piled up bad effects, then go to Disneyland Paris’ new evening show.

      FATAL FAIL

  2. I am excited about this Show, I hope it turns out the way it’s said to be and has all the kinds of Fireworks and the shapes such as the Smiley Face Fireworks and the Present shape fireworks like other Magic Kingdom shows. I am really excited about a 3.0 show

I am really excited about a 3.0 show. I also hope it has Perimeter fireworks on some nights or possibly every night

  4. I hope they show a video on the kinds of fireworks they will be using and the kinds of shapes the fireworks will have in an upcoming update video.

  5. It’s actually going to be an “interactive” attraction. Instead of fireworks all guests will get a sparkler to hold.

    • Not a chance. Disney is cutting EVERYTHING they can. And then more. And then stuffing more people into areas with less…and then cutting them more. Food qualities cheapening, service, you name it.

  6. Cheap Cheap Disney. Fireworks mostly being replaced by movie projectors on the castle. How crappy will Disney make WDW before crowds begin to thin? They’re losing them already. Down 5% last year.

      • I watched the video and there will be fireworks along with lasers, searchlights, Tinker Bell, Projections, and possibly drones in the Show

and what they need to improve
