The Tokyo Disneyland Grand Circuit Raceway attraction closed forever back in January as the park embarks on its largest expansion ever, but now the vehicles from that extinct Tomorrowland attraction have crossed the ocean and made their way to the Magic Kingdom.

The cars are currently visible from the TTA Peoplemover attraction, located behind Space Mountain.

It is unclear if Disney will reuse the full cars or is simply breaking them down for spare parts for the Tomorrowland Speedway.

The cars are the very same model as those used at Orlando’s Speedway attraction.

    • People like you need to stop saying bad things about Bob Chapek! You don’t even know him and he’s not bad, unlike Paul Pressler and Cynthia Harris!

      • Thank you for defending me Anonymous. Everyone knows I’m made of animatronics and not car parts, why do you think we closed The Great Movie Ride. Just more fake news by Crab Coreless

        • Sorry for the misunderstanding, but the spare parts are actually being used to fix my DVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVD port.

  1. spare parts is the most likely answer if they re both of the same vintage. Its like with the streetcars in toronto that we are retiring before they get scrapped nya usable parts are taken off of them to be used to rebuild other ones in better condition.
