In an unexpected turn of events, Cinderella and her Prince have replaced Anna and Elsa in the annual gingerbread display at Disney’s Contemporary Resort.

The display features the pair in front of Cinderella Castle, with Mary Blair-style accents from “it’s a small world” filling in the background.

This is so nice to see. Now if only they would bring back The Fairy Godmother and Cinderella herself to light up her own castle in The Magic Kingdom…

I am personally really excited about this. Cinderella was one of my first and will always be one of my favorite Disney films!

Smart move! The Frozen themed one last year was just an add on to Disney’s complete Frozen overload! Much more classic now

Wonderful to know! Hope Cindrella and fairy Godmother return to light the castle too. Frozen is not bad but it just cannot replace Cindrella. We live Frozen reality in realistic world and come to Disney to dream and be happy.
