Paddlefish at Disney Springs will be hosting a special ticketed rooftop dinner event on February 21, featuring a four-course crab dinner with wine pairings.
Executive Chef Steven Richard has crafted the menu specifically for this luxurious event that is set to take place on the restaurant’s rooftop deck, offering stunning views of Lake Buena Vista and Disney Springs to all guests in attendance.
Dinner will begin with a reception, where guests will be served Snow Crab claws with garlic butter paired with a glass of sparkling Mas Fi Cava. The first course will be held in the private dinning room, where guests can enjoy a crab salad with bacon, avocado, tomato and Louie dressing paired along with Muga Rosé. The second course includes a lump crab, shrimp and crawfish étouffée paired with a glass of Textbook Chardonnay. For the main course guests will be served a Surf and Turf combination of miso pork and king crab claws served with MacMurray Pinot Gris. Finally, a dessert course will be served, offering an espresso-flavored crème brûlée and hot chocolate paired with Alvear Cream Sherry.
