First, this dish was not worth the $12.00 we paid. There’s numerous other salmon options at the festival that work much better than this. What you get is a circle of salmon that has a salty skin and not much other flavor. The accompaniments didn’t hold the dish together. Skip this one.

Sformato di Melanzane e Pomodori, Mozzarella Fior di Latte: Tomato and Eggplant Terrine, Fior di Latte Mozzarella $9.00

It’s cold, not warm. This was surprising on multiple levels. There’s a lot of tomato and not much else, but the cheese was pretty good. Overall not recommended.

Crema Fitta, Pesche e Rucola Pesto, Ciliege di Amarasca: Cream Fritters, Peach and Arugula Pesto and Amarena Cherries $7.00

You receive two of these cream fritters, deep fried balls of a white cream sauce. They were really good, and honestly a reason to stop at this booth. You can have your just desserts here and make out better than most people.

Vodka Rossini: Vodka, Strawberry Purée and Prosecco $12.00

The prosecco used could have been a little less bitter to match the fruitfulness of the strawberry puree. Unfortunately, even after being hand-mixed by the Cast Member, the puree all floats to the bottom leaving one last chunky slurp of the drink. You can do better.
