Last May, we discovered construction walls up at the entrance to the former Catwalk Bar behind The Hollywood Brown Derby. We expected this to be the announced Club 33 location in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, but today we have absolute confirmation.
Following in the footsteps from last month when we found the doorbell and MagicBand access at The American Adventure, it appears there’s a very similar intercom and doorbell installed at the old entrance to the Catwalk Bar.
The intercom varies greatly from the American Adventure one that displays the Club 33 logo compass. It’s themed to the Hollywood Brown Derby place and time, which makes us excited for what inside may look like.
Walt Disney World plans to open a Club 33 location in each of the four theme parks, though they are yet to confirm any of those locations as of yet. The rumored locations include the Adventureland Veranda at the Magic Kingdom, the upstairs lounge at the American Adventure in Epcot (nearly confirmed with our past post), the former Catwalk Bar at Disney’s Hollywood Studios (pretty much confirmed here), and a back room at Tiffins at Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park. Memberships are currently being sold to Golden Oak residents only.
I’m sorry but I do not believe any articles titled CONFIRMED unless written by Tom, for he is the one and only confirmer of the confirmedless.
…this is Tom’s website though…
Do not pass go! A speak easy based on the 40s looks just like the jungle cruise one. I would rather drink with Jawas up in the cliffs of Stars Wars land or in an exclusive cargo hold. This is so old hat
Do you buy a general Club 33 Membership, that will be good at all 4 parks, or is your membership “park specific?”
