This year we picked 64 current Walt Disney World Attractions to battle it out for the honor of being named the best attraction at the Vacation Kingdom of the World! The full brackets were revealed on the Bracketology show at 10pm EST on March 9th (watch it on YouTube) and can be viewed and downloaded as a PDF on our 2018 March Madness page.

Also, don’t miss WDWNT ParksCenter, a new show focusing on commentary about the WDWNT March Madness Tournament! The half-hour episodes will immediately follow each round of the WDWNT March Madness tournament live on WDWNTunes.com. Watch the first episode, with commentary on the bracketology, on YouTube.

Join us for some heated debates, as you root for your picks (or favorite attraction) to make it all the way and collect some great prizes from WDWNT in the process. And of course, YOU can affect the results with your vote! Here’s how it all works:

Pre-tournament registration for the 2018 March Madness Attractions Tournament starts NOW. Click here to fill out the registration form. The form must be submitted before 8:00 PM EST on Monday, March 12th.

We will in return send you an email with 4 randomly assigned Walt Disney World attractions that will be yours in the tournament. You will be assigned one attraction that is a 1-4 seed, one that is a 5-8 seed, one that is a 9-12 seed, and one that is a 13-16 seed.

We then encourage you to watch WDWNT’s live broadcasts where we will debate the winners of each match-up. All shows will be broadcast live on WDWNTunes.com. Here is the broadcast schedule:

The four attractions you will be assigned will accumulate points for each victory they gain in the tournament. The point distribution is as follows:

1st Round Win – 1 Point
2nd Round Win – 1 Points
“Swell Sixteen” Round Win – 2 Points
“E-Ticket Eight” Round Win – 2 Points
“Fantasmic Four” Round Win – 3 Points
Championship Round Win – 3 Points

The winner of each match is decided by the illustrious panel constructed from the finest members of the WDWNT staff (or whoever can show up that night). Each panelist counts for three votes. The Walt Disney World attraction that receives the majority of the votes will win that round and advance to the next round.

HERE IS HOW YOU CAN INFLUENCE THE OUTCOME:

Please note that due to the overwhelming response this year, we have had to revise the rules slightly. Each contestant is able to to cast only one “call-in” vote over the course of the entire tournament.

REGISTERED PLAYERS who have filled out the registration form can call in to change the matchup scores once in the tournament. This “call-in” counts for two points added to the panelist point totals. A panelist’s vote is worth 3 total points for an attraction. The attraction with the most points in the matchup wins and moves on in the tournament. The call in number is 407-774-8255. Your call MUST come in within 5 minutes of the conclusion of the round or it will not be counted.

IF YOU ARE NOT A REGISTERED PLAYER you can still try to sway the vote. During the live broadcasts, use the live chat at WDWNTunes.com to try and sway our panelists while they are discussing the matchup.

At the end of the tournament, the top 16 players in terms of points amassed throughout the tournament will receive a prize pack from WDWNT. The top player will receive a grand prize package and be declared the WDWNT March Madness 2018 champion.
