Back in March, we told you that the Pixar Play Zone was coming to Contemporary Resort. Signage has appeared on the outside of the location recently, signaling opening is not too far away.

The Pixar Play Zone opens April 13, 2018, and will feature favorite characters and games from Toy Story, The Incredibles, and Cars. It’ll be available nightly for kids ages 4-12, with parents having the opportunity to explore the Walt Disney World Resort on their own! Woody, Buzz, and Jessie will all join the kids in “Bonnie’s Room” for Space Ranger training and Woody’s Roundup, which is a sing along! They’ll be able to build racecars and race them on Radiator Springs Racetrack before finishing up their night with Mr. and Mrs. Incredible, where they’ll dance and learn some new moves! This night will provide dinner, dessert and extra surprises.

You can reserve this for your kids by calling 407-824-KIDS, and payment is due at time of booking! It’s $65 per child, and the event is from 6-10:30 p.m.!

  1. It’s a shame they couldn’t make the space multi-purpose so that during the day the arcade could still operate. Fun memories of both this arcade and the Food n Fun Center downstairs! Alas, progress prevails!

    • When I was a kid the Food and Fun Center was tremendous!!! Used to love going in there while my parents checked in.

  2. Geez…couldn’t they have at least chose colors for that wall that match the carpeting? It’s like they don’t even think about aesthetics anymore. Barf!
