REVIEW: Dockside Diner Adds S’mores Brownie Dessert at Hollywood Studios; Campfire Worthy?

Dockside Diner is a quick service location at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This is the literal boat on Echo Lake, previously named Min & Bill’s Dockside Diner, that serves up milkshakes and gigantic hot dogs. The location recently added a new dessert option that fits right into summer:  S’mores Brownie.

S’mores Brownie – Double-Chocolate Brownie topped with Toasted Graham Cracker and Marshmallows – $4.79

As far as brownies go, this one is pretty standard. The listed ‘double-chocolate’ only goes so far when you’re trying to cram a lot into a small dessert tin. The s’mores flavors were only present on top, nothing baked-in to keep the campfire tastes going throughout the brownie. If you can get a marshmallow and some graham cracker in each bite, the dessert pans out well. Otherwise, save your money for unique snacks like the Mickey Waffle at Magic Kingdom.
