The popular southern charm restaurant at Disney Springs, Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’, is hopping on the brunch bandwagon. Brunch will be served every Sunday morning, starting bright and early at 10 am, beginning in just a few weeks.
The brunch menu includes southern-inspired dishes such as fried chicken and house-made doughnuts, open-faced biscuits piled with fried eggs, pimiento cheese, bacon, and sawmill gravy, short rib hash, eggs benedict and bacon-pecan doughnuts. Fresh-squeezed juice mimosas, specialty bloody marys, and a white peach sangria round out new brunch cocktails. The regular lunch menu will start at 11am; brunch will run into lunch time ending at 2pm.
