Yesterday we went over to Disney’s Hollywood Studios to check out progress on construction and see what else was new. Lets jump right in and check out the progress of the Disney Skyliner station at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
The Hollywood Studios Skyliner station is coming along nicely with a majority of the mechanics already installed and the major focus now is building the shell of the station and making it match the rest of the Hollywood Studios entrance plaza.
A new Solo: A Star Wars Story MagicBand was released as well featuring Enfys Nest and her Swoop Bike. We posted about it earlier and you can read more here.
We now know the name of the village we’ll be visiting when we land on Batuu in 2019. A new pin and lanyard set is available for $22.99 at The Dark Room.
The stage was lowered due to inclement weather throughout the day and a majority of the stage show performances were cancelled.
The new DVC booth being built by the future Toy Story Land entrance is coming along with cement being poured to form the general shape of the booth.

We reported earlier that new Rainbow Pride merchandise was making its debut on May 30th across Walt Disney World. Today we spotted the new Rainbow Ear Headband out for sale by the cart near the Hyperion Theater. They are selling quickly so get your pair before they’re gone.
Last week, the pathway between Echo Lake and the Hyperion Theater was closed off for pavement work. The section reopened this week with a much lighter grey color.
A Cookies ‘n Cream funnel cake is now available at the Oasis Canteen by Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular and it looks DELICIOUS! It has been available at other locations on property.
A new barrier has been placed in front of the upcoming Galaxy’s Edge entrance with special lighting at night. This was placed for Galactic Nights but we’re uncertain if it’ll remain here for some cool nighttime photos.

A new video has debuted at the theater inside Star Wars Launch Bay now featuring footage from Solo: A Star Wars Story and construction footage of Galaxy’s Edge. We checked it out, but recording is not permitted, so make sure to watch it when you’re at Hollywood Studios next.
Inside Launch Bay, a bunch of new props from Solo: A Star Wars Story have appeared.
