Shortly after Cars Land opening, the California Adventure realized the land would be popular. So popular, in fact, they couldn’t handle the flow of guests rushing to Radiator Springs Racers in the morning. To alleviate half of the congestion, FastPass distribution was moved out to the entry to “a bug’s land”. With the recent news of “a bug’s land” closing we knew that the FastPass distribution would be moving, but today we know exactly where. The distribution will be moving to the overlook area next to the attraction, on the road going towards The Wharf. This is slated to begin on June 6th.

Also moving FastPass distribution location is Toy Story Mania. Before Pixar Pier construction started, the FastPass distribution was right outside the attraction. Walls went up, and the distribution was moved outside of The Little Mermaid – Ariel’s Undersea Adventure. The distribution will move back to its original location starting on June 23rd.
