Flamingo Crossings To Add Four New Hotels; Construction Set To Begin Soon

Yesterday, Orlando Hotel Group LLC filed an application with the South Florida Water Management District to build four new hotels on parcels it owns at Flamingo Crossings, the development west of Walt Disney World at the end of Western Way where it crosses State Route 429 (Western Beltway).

The location of these four hotels can be seen on the map below. The are all located on Flagler Avenue on the parcels labeled “Orlando Hotel Group LLC.”

There will be a Residence Inn and a Fairfield Inn, both by Marriott, a Homewood Suites by Hilton, and another Hilton-branded property. The total room count for the four will be 998 rooms. There will also be 4153 square feet of convention space.

We expect construction to begin soon. Stay tuned to WDWNT for photo updates!
