  1. so they are eliminating plastic straws, but are giving out plastic bags……………oh disney

  2. This seems absolutely contrary to their earlier announcement about reducing the amount of single use plastic items like straws etc.

  3. So they’re doing away with plastic straws but giving away free plastic bags?

Screw the environment if you get a sponsor.

  4. why not make bags for the logs, so that everyone can use them, and they stay there, so they are reusable and everyone gets to use it, I guess that makes too much sense, because in the long run, its gonna cost them more money if they hand out regular disoposable bags.

  5. No it makes perfect sense, the plastic bag protects your electronic devices so they are not ruined. One little plastic bag creates much less waste than a bunch of broken cell phones.

  6. Stop with the false equivalency. One ride giving away a few plastic bags is not the same or more waste than 4 theme parks and 2 water parks removing straws and bags. That’s millions vs thousands. Come on.

  7. In the Disney tradition, will those staying at a Value Resort get a snack bag, and Deluxe patrons a gallon size? I’m staying at Caribbean Beach, does that entitle me to a sandwich baggie.
