There was an interesting tidbit that was found in this years Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party treat bag. There was an image on the treat bag announcing that “Incredibles 2” will be available on Digital HD this October 23rd. Then two weeks later, it will be available on 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray on November 6th.
Target will offer an exclusive collectors edition that will contain the 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, Digital Code and a limited edition filmmaker gallery and storybook:
Target will also offer something special for REDcard holders that will include the above collectors edition plus a limited edition Metal Jack-Jack Action Doll:

And last but not least, The Disney Movie Club has it’s own exclusive movie bundle that will include the Blu-ray, DVD and Digital Code along with special exclusive merchandise and packaging:
Everyone’s favorite family of superheroes is back in “Incredibles 2”, but this time Helen (voice of Holly Hunter) is in the spotlight, leaving Bob (voice of Craig T. Nelson) at home with Violet (voice of Sarah Vowell) and Dash (voice of Huck Milner) to navigate the day-to-day heroics of “normal” life. It’s a tough transition for everyone, made tougher by the fact that the family is still unaware of baby Jack-Jack’s emerging superpowers. When a new villain hatches a brilliant and dangerous plot, the family and Frozone (voice of Samuel L. Jackson) must find a way to work together again-which is easier said than done, even when they’re all Incredible.
