Announced back in September of 2017, WDWNT VR (Virtual Resort) will be unveiled to members of the WDWNT Inner Globe Society tonight at 9:30pm ET.
WDWNT has been hard at work virtually constructing a theme park project that combines the best, past and present, of the attractions, landmarks, and entertainment that make up the real-life magical places from around the globe. WDWNT VR will be a way on your computer (or via VR headset) to visit and enjoy a theme park experience no matter where you live.
The project will open featuring the Walt Disney: One Man’s Dream exhibit and film, Red Car Trolley, the Indiana Jones Adventure, Star Tours, Trader Sam’s Dive Bar, Mickey’s Fun Wheel, Silly Symphony Swings, and the Disney Movie Magic nighttime spectacular. Future plans include the Studio Backlot Tour featuring Catastrophe Canyon, the Streets of America, World of Color, and The Great Movie Ride.
While we are still a few weeks away from the opening of the park, tonight will mark the first opportunity any guests has had to set foot in what were are calling “WDWNT: The California Adventure”. In order to take part in the “hard hat tour”, you must join the WDWNT Inner Globe Society through Patreon at any level ($2 and above a month). Membership also offers original programming, early releases of new shows, access to our podcast archive, WDWNT event discounts, and much more depending on which level you choose.
