Mobile Ordering at Walt Disney World just took another step forward with their unique ordering process: Allergy menus are now available not only when browsing the menus, but for Mobile Order through the MyDisneyExperience app, as well! These menus are located near the bottom of the regular Mobile Order menu, but you will need to scroll a little bit to obtain these menus.
Mind you, not all WDW menus have this option. For example, Woody’s Lunchbox does not, while Columbia Harbour House does. Currently, it appears the gluten-free menus are available only at the “major” quick-service locations.
Examples of gluten-free menu options available through the Mobile Order app:
Allergies being accommodated through Mobile Order include Gluten/Wheat, Egg, Milk, Peanut/Tree Nut, and Soy. As always, if you have a specific dietary concern, the restaurant’s chefs are more than happy to assist in getting you something safe to eat. We think this is a major improvement for Mobile Order and something that makes Disney… well, Disney.
This started a few weeks ago. They also have their allergy menus for mobile ordering spots online now so guests can plan ahead. It’s a win.
People are too sensitive nowadays, who cares if you have allergies.
If you can’t handle the food, don’t bother coming.
We don’t need people like that.
Very glad to hear about this. I had a very positive visit with a celiac (no gluten) family member last year, and this is a step up. It’s lovely of Disney to try their best to make sure every guest has a wonderful visit.
