In about a month Christmas decorating will be in full swing at Disney Parks – but what about bringing some magic to your own home? Hallmark has a large selection of Disney themed Christmas ornaments, including many offerings that are new for this year. These can be found at Hallmark Stores and the Hallmark website; Kohls.com also has a selection of these available as well.
This year is the 90th Birthday for Mickey Mouse, so to celebrate they have created a special ornament themed around “Steamboat Willie”:
This retails for $34.99 before tax, and is the most expensive of the new ornaments. This is because it plays music – activated via the switch on the bottom left of the ornament. (Thus the “magic” note on the top right corner of the box.)
This ornament is called “Partners”, and is modeled after the statue we all know and love from the parks. ($17.99 before tax.)
Also knew this year is a Mulan ornament – probably to help create some hype for the live action Mulan movie coming out next year. ($17.99 before tax.)
Of course, since Incredibles 2 came out this year, we get an ornament from that movie as well – this one depicting Elastigirl mid-stretch on her Elasticycle. ($15.99 before tax.)
And, for some reason, a Maui ornament almost two years after the film first came out. ($15.99 before tax.)
Also available are these two Mickey and Minnie ice skating ornaments that come as a set of two – and at $15.99 for both, it’s a pretty good deal!
This porcelain Snow White ornament was created for the 80th anniversary of the movie. It retails at $29.99 before tax – the higher price tag necessitated by the higher quality materials and detailed design.

Hallmark stores do let you put ornaments on layaway as long as you make a down payment up front, and have them picked up and paid for by December 1st. Additionally, many Kohl’s stores carry Hallmark ornaments, and will usually have a limited selection available. You can use your percentage off coupons on Hallmark Licensed items, as well as earn and use Kohl’s Cash; they are also on the Kohl’s Website.
Please note: While Kohls has a great selection, they do not carry every ornament that Hallmark offers.
